This is my piece for the Gizmos and Gadgets show that opened this past Friday, January 18th, at Bottleneck Gallery in Brooklyn, NY. The theme of this show was for artists to do a piece based off of different gizmos and gadgets found in pop culture. I kinda went with the obvious and based mine on one of the most gadget oriented characters of all time, Inspector Gadget.

First time trying out a Glow in the Dark layer, so I put the images side by side so you can see what it looks like with the lights off. They are available to purchase over at the gallery's site HERE

Title: Inspector Series 83
12"x18" 1-color screenprint with Glow in the Dark layer
on Frenchpaper Pop-Tone Blu Raspberry 100C
Edition Size: 115
Price: $30.00

His obliviousness captured a lot of villeins...

Don't know how he does it...

Guess we'll never know...

Finally we see the real Inspector Gadget. Now are these instructions for Gadget himself or for when Penny needs to use one of his gadgets?

Very good stuff! But... no inflatable coat? How's he going to stay afloat if the Gadgetmobile skids off a bridge into a deep river?
